Environment and Conservation Fund
A Hong Kong government statutory fund established in 1994 under the Environment and Conservation Fund Ordinance to support community-driven projects that promote environmental protection and conservation. Food For Good's ongoing ECF-funded work spans school-based food-waste education, food-recovery programmes, the mobile education truck, and sustainability outreach at transitional housing estates.

Currently funding programmes
School-based education truck tour building student awareness of food- waste issues and preparing for the municipal solid-waste charging scheme.
Lectures, workshops, and ceremonial events educating residents of Kai Fook Kui and Tsuen Fook Kui transitional housing on sustainable living, with emphasis on food-waste reduction, composting, and organic gardening.
